Build
The arrow has a nice appearance, but it’s extremely light for a Manchu setup. At 15 gpp, it isn’t even heavy enough for a 30 lb Manchu bow. Both the tip and the nock were glued in place. I managed to remove the nock, but the amount of glue inside the shaft prevented me from adding any internal weight. I ended up destroying one arrow while trying to remove the glued‑on tip.
I don’t understand the choice to use a lightweight glue‑on tip combined with a glue‑in nock. That combination makes it impossible to modify the arrow or add the weight needed for it to be usable with my new AF Manchu bow.
Quality
Since the arrow was clearly too light for my Manchu bow, I tested one arrow with several of my other bows to see if it might be a better match. After only about 30 shots, the front of the arrow failed catastrophically. See photo
Conclusion
I like the overall look of the arrow, but I can’t use it with my Manchu bow, and the construction makes meaningful modification impossible. Unfortunately, it’s not suitable for my needs.
