AF Oak Tatar bow

I purchased a #30, oak Tatar bow. New to Asiatic archery and watched the impressive Armin Hirmer review the AF Tatar. I want to learn thumb release and love the gracefulness of these bows. I shoot recurve, Mediterranean. In that, my draw is 28". The bow is beautiful and seems well made. I guess I'm drawing about 30"? Still learning thumb. l haven't shot it much yet, but seems smooth and faster than I expected. I ordered direct from AF to Canada, Ontario. It cost me $49 tax and import fees. Most was the tax. Purchasing direct from AF saved me a lot of money over say Amazon. The bow was shipped super fast and was packaged well enough. I am very happy with the bow so far from a very limited experience perspective. I would buy it again for sure. Light, tiny, and beautiful. These style of bows seem addictive and I'm excited to learn more. I will shop at AF archery again. This is a purchase, especially in these times, where I feel I've gotten money's worth and more. Thank you AF archery and Armin Hirmer!

Great entry level bow!

I wanted an entry level asiatic bow and this was recommended by Armin Hirmer , in one of his videos, as excellent value for money. It was shipped to Australia from China in only a week and a half! It’s a fantastic bow for the price!

Nice Bow

The bow looks very good, it draws quite smoothly up to about 30 inches, after which it becomes a bit tighter. I shot a few times – it performed wonderfully. A truly great-looking bow – I hope to use it for a long time!
