Han Bow

After some initial mess in shipping and communication, we managed to clear things up, and AF archery even paid me compensation, without me asking for it.

- The bow is fine, initially it had some cracking nioses, but it went away as the bow broke in from a few cautius draws.
- The string is not from the usual dacron or fast flight material, I suspect it is some kind of kevlar paracord, and standard plastic nocks are loose on it as it is too thin. But it seems to work well.
-The packaging and shipment time was good, but no status update during shipping.
- AF archery messed up the shipping data, so I had to pay more customs than the bows price was. From the detailed customs calculation data, and a phone call to the customs office, it turned out, they have included the shipping cost in the item value, which is the base for the customs calculation.
- When I pointed this out for them, they gave me some dodgy respons, that the customs are randomly generated(!) instead of an apology (I didn't even asked for compensation or anything)

Overall the bow has good value for its price, but the company's communication is atrocious.

Just received my second bow from this company and I couldn’t be happier. They kept their word and I’ll definitely buy from them again.

I ordered the bow and received it relatively quickly. It’s a sturdy, comfortable and performs amazingly for that price. Shipping and import fees were more than the bow but even so it is worth it. Loved it so much I ordered a custom Tatar and arrows. That order took almost a month and a half to ship as it had to be made to order. Once it shipped, it arrived within a week.

As for the communication, I agree they aren’t very responsive, and had to dona follow up email every time. However, once ShanShan answered, responses were polite and helpful!
I know it’s only one person responding which, for the amount of bows they make and sell is to few people. You guys need to hire more people for costumer service, hopefully as nice and helpful as ShanShan, so you can keep up with all the emails!
