Shipping & Returns
In Stock - When purchasing, display 'In Stock', with a tracking number available within 4 days. Standard delivery takes 15 to 20 days for packages to arrive, expedited delivery takes 4 to 8 days for packages to arrive.
Re-stocking soon - When purchasing, it displays "Re-stocking soon " and there will be a tracking number in about 22 days. Standard delivery takes 15 to 20 days for packages to arrive, expedited delivery takes 4 to 8 days for packages to arrive.
For Re-stocking soon items:
If your order contains a Re-stocking soon item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available.
We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase. Our policy lasts 15 days from arrival date. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or resend.
